Obama Caves On Net Neutrality - GOP Claims Government Takeover

So net neutrality is all the rage right now. The issue is that whether we give big companies that provide internet services the power to regulate and even restrict access to certain websites. Some regulations might be as inoffensive as slower access to a certain website that your provider doesn't have a certain deal with or be in competition with. Some might be as severe infringement on freedom on the web like the service provider to charge you a small fee for accessing a particular website. What's your take on this?
